Watch over 25,000 Animé Episodes on Wii U on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Want to catch thousands of animé shows? The Crunchyroll app is now available to download on Wii U from today.

Owners with a broadband connection can hook up to the service, a popular outlet for all things oriental - from popular animé franchises, Asian drama and more - including the likes of Naruto Shippuden, One Piece, Sword Art Online and Hunter x Hunter.

There are over 25,000 episodes to chose from, spanning 15,000 hours of licensed content.

The app itself is free to download on the Nintendo eShop from today, however requires a Crunchyroll premium account to watch or a free 14 day trial.

May I ask if there are subbed versions available on there or is it all poorly dubbed English stuff? Is there a list somewhere, of what's available on there?

Wouldn't mind getting the free trail and watching Sword Art Online. Might be something else on there I'd enjoy, too.
