Today's Nintendo Direct brought us the final announcement of a 3DS game which has been in development for a long time. Ironfall: Invasion, a third-person shooting game built from the ground up, exclusively for Nintendo 3DS, will be released on Nintendo's eShop in February, in Europe.
Developed by VD.Dev, a small team of only three people, the game sports an impressive constant 60 FPS frame-rate,impressive graphics for the system, fast action, and is also announced to support the C-Stick on the New Nintendo 3DS hardware for dual stick action, though the game will still be perfectly playable on the old models as well. How will the same action be performed though remains unknown at time of writing. Most interesting though is the amount of players supported. 6 simultaneous players, both online and in local multiplayer will be able to join in heated battles.
