Sakaguchi to get Lifetime Achievement Award on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

During GDC 2015, creator of Final Fantasy, Hironobu Sakaguchi, will received a Lifetime Achievement Award.

During the event, which takes part on 4th March at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco, Sakaguchi will receive the well-deserved award for his efforts in the industry.

During his time at Square, Sakaguchi acted as Director of Planning and Development, helping create the critically acclaimed Final Fantasy RPG series. He also produced the likes of Kingdom Hearts, Vagrant Story and Parasite Eve, and more recently spawned his own studio - Mistwalker.
