Nintendo of America boss Reggie Fils-Aime recently spoke about the decision to run with the name New Nintendo 3DS.
The latest entries in the expanding Nintendo 3DS family offer an improved experience - additional controls, better processor and better screen - but Nintendo have had a task when it comes to differentiating these models from the originals.
Fils-Aime admitted that some consumers may have been confused, but feels that "New Nintendo 3DS does "make sense for the consumer", and how it "communicates that this is an improved version of the 3DS line."
Do you think the name New Nintendo 3DS was a wise decision?
