More Footage of Xenoblade Chronicles 3D

Nintendo have opened up new pages on the official Xenoblade Chronicles 3D website, with footage of the game in motion.

The ambitious Wii RPG is being reborn and shrunk down on Nintendo's handheld, bringing the high-octane battles and vast overworld to New Nintendo 3DS/XL owners.

The latest snapshots of gameplay footage from the Japanese website show protagonist Shulk roaming about the land, his large weapon presumably giving him a fair bit of back ache. There's also some of the battle mechanics explained for those unfamiliar with the original game, plus a fight against a manic-looking bird.
