Pokémon Pokédex Music App Released in Japan

By Jorge Ba-oh 24.04.2015

Love the soundtrack behind the Pokémon games? Over in Japan, a new app allows players to buy tunes from the much-loved games.

The app is available as an initially free download for Android-based handsets/tablets, coming with three tracks as part of the package. Those who crave that little bit more can purchase sounds and songs for 120 Yen each (66p/$1).

In addition to simply playing the music, Pokémon enthusiasts can also tap a selection of on-board sound effects like Pokémon cries , potions and Pokéballs to add an additional layer to playback.
