Spoilers: Unreleased Splatoon Content and Rainmaker Revealed

A sleuth has dug deep into the Splatoon disc to uncover what content may be on the way for players.

Potential Spoilers Ahead:

The data suggests that there are ten Turf Wars maps on the disc, with two currently unreleased - Camp and Skyscraper. There are also listings for 33 unreleased weapons, some of which don't have complete descriptions.

The package also contains interface images for the additional Ranked Battle modes - including "Splat Zones", "Tower Control" and "Rainmaker".

In the Rainmaker mode, two teams compete to grab the Rainmaker - it's guarded by a shield, and is heavy. One member of the team is the unlucky squid who needs to carry it to the rival team's base. The others must defend their teammate, who isn't able to Super Jump either, whilst carrying it. Interestingly, the Rainmaker can shoot ink like an Inzooka to clear paths, too.

The winning team is the one who has the lowest goal distance at the end of the match.
