Rumour: Positive Third Party Reception for Nintendo NX on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Rumour: Insider reports suggest that third parties have had positive feedback towards the NX.

In a Fortune article, it was suggested that Nintendo had begun talks with third party publishers over plans for the NX platform this year. According to inside sources, there was a positive reception for Nintendo's next generation plans.

Nintendo will still need to maintain content for the Wii U in the interim, however, but the Japanese game giant are keen to continue to use the GamePad in interesting ways.

Do you think Nintendo can recapture third party attention in the west with the NX?

Same thing was said for Wii U before it was released... Look what happened. Doesn't really mean anything at this stage and that's if it's even true anyway.

That is what they said about the Wii U too. Not to sound negative or anything, but let's be realistic and use earlier experiences as a measuring stick in this case. I do hope that Nintendo finally finds a way to make third parties jump on train again (they would win the console war without the shadow of a doubt if this becomes the case) which would be the first time since SNES.

The difference between illusion and reality is vague to the one who suffers from the former and questionable for the one suffering form the later.
