Existing Monster Hunter Save Data Gives Bonuses for Monster Hunter X on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Those who have save data for Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate will get a bonus for Monster Hunter X.

Ryozo Tsujimoto teased something rather special in an interview with Japanese magazine Famitsu this week, noting how those who have save data for Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate will receive something that'll help in the new game.

Because Monster Hunter X is designed as a brand new entry, seasoned beast slayers will need to start from the very beginning. By having Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate data, however, the special gift - whatever it is - should help out with the initial steps into this new world.

Those who pick up a copy of Monster Hunter Diary DX will also get a bonus for Monster Hunter X players that's "a little better than from 4 Ultimate."

What do you think players will receive for Monster Hunter X?

For MH4: 10 Mega Potions and a quest to kill 5 Kelbi to get special items to craft a LR set of weapons that will breeze through LR but be completely worthless junk that only fills the bank later on (just like all LR and HR event rewards...).

For MHDSmilieX: A super mega Palico prime one million which makes so that no one will play online because it is better to play with Palico prime one million than to play with other players.

The difference between illusion and reality is vague to the one who suffers from the former and questionable for the one suffering form the later.
