Dragon Quest VIII for 3DS has Photo Quests

It's not all about battling monsters in Dragon Quest VIII as the 3DS game will feature a new camera mode and quests.

The latest screenshots for the game showcase the feature in action, as adventurers can take snaps of the overworld by simply tapping the start button, getting the framing just right, and saving up to 100 snaps on the SD card.

There'll also be new "Photo Quests", devised by a new NPC - who gives players an opportunity to put their photography skills to good use by finding and taking pictures of rare items, monsters and famous locations.

Dragon Quest VIII will be available from 27th August in Japan.
