Nintendo will be bringing the Super Mario Maker experience to Facebook headquarters this month.
The company's offices in Menlo Park often play host to "Hackathon" events, where employees are encouraged to pursue a project outside their job role, creating something quickly that interests them.
The Super Mario Maker Hackathon, exclusive to Facebook employees, will see participants designing a special level in the game by using the E3 2015 demo build. A panel of judges from Nintendo and Facebook will pick a winner/team that'll have the chance to make the level available for the public after launch.
The Super Mario Maker Hackathon kicks off on 28th and 29th July.
"We're thrilled to work with a partner like Facebook to help more people form connections through the joy of games like Super Mario Maker." said Scott Moffitt, Nintendo of America's Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
