Third time's the charm! Cubed3 has just received its third, and the latest, issue of MyM Magazine has arrived, and once again it is absolutely brimming with a mass amount of reviews for all of this month's gaming, anime, manga, movie, and comic releases. Quite a month for reviews, too, with some big titles like Tokyo Ghoul, the movie releases of Madoka and the end of Bleach for anime, the stupendous One Punch Man finally hitting from Viz and some big game releases this month, including Dragon Quest Heroes and Tales of Zestiria. These two games are covered not only in reviews but also in multi-page features, taking an in-depth look at their history and these latest iterations in their respective franchises.
As always, the monthly event coverage returns this month, this time looking at the biggest gaming event in the UK, EGX. It's the first year that EGX has moved away from London, and with the destruction of Earl's Court it has found a new home in Birmingham at the NEC. MyM Magazine looks at its inaugural year there and compares it to its time in London.
The staff members at MyM also have some new exclusive interviews this month, since at MCM Scotland they caught up with Kotomi Deai and Hiroshi Shimizu from Studio WIT, best known for the massive hit, Attack on Titan. The two have done amazing work in their past, including Sword Art Online and numerous Studio Ghibli classics, and while they were there to promote their latest work, Studio WIT's first original work, the comedy Rolling Girls, MyM got some time with them to find out all about their time in the industry. The interviews don't stop there, though, as there's also a chat with Mario himself in an exclusive one-on-one with Charles Martinet!
Issue 43 of MyM Magazine is available now from all good retailers.
