Futuristic action platformer Hover: Revolt of Gamers needs to be completely reworked for Wii U.
The game, which runs at a solid 60fps and in 1080p on other systems like PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, relies on certain tech that doesn't quite run as well as the team want on Wii U.
After a successful Kickstarter campaign, which included Wii U, the team are adamant to deliver a tuned experience for Nintendo players, however it will mean needing to "recreate the game from scratch in terms of graphics."
Developer Midgar Studio don't "want to do a cheap port, so it will take some time," they revealed in an interview.
Hover: Revolt of Gamers is currently available on Steam Early Access.
