There'll be more sweaty chaps in the living room as Take-Two have extended the WWE license.
Since previous holder THQ went bankrupt in 2013, 2K pounced into the ring to secure the rights to producing games based on the popular WWE franchise. There have been a trio of console games since, and there'll be even more with Take-Two, 2K's parent company, locking down rights for longer.
"We are thrilled with the positive momentum of the WWE 2K series, including generating year-over-year growth, as well as the success of WWE SuperCard," said 2K COO David Ismailer.
