It's Round 2 for Picross 3D

Picross 3D: Round 2 is finally heading to Europe and North America. The sequel to the Nintendo DS game was originally released in Japan back in October 2015.

In the game players use number hints to remove blocks in three-dimensional puzzles to ultimately reveal a hidden object within. There are over 300 puzzles, each of which can be solved at three different difficulty levels. Certain puzzles offer additional challenges such as Timed Challenges and One-Chance Challenges.

As with most new releases, there is also amiibo functionality. Scanning in compatible amiibo figures will unlock up to 10 additional Nintendo themed puzzles.

The game releases today in North America and on December 2 in Europe via the Nintendo eShop.
