Poochy Stars in Yoshi

Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World is coming to the Nintendo 3DS and as the title suggests, Poochy is taking on a much larger role.

Every stage from the Wii U version is included in addition to brand new stages starring Poochy. Poochy Pups can tag along with Yoshi and jump on mysterious places where hidden items and collectibles may be found.

Not interested in buying the game again on 3DS, but I want a Poochy Amiibo.

I find it difficult to play weaker looking games when the HD version is on console. I'd rather play the lovelier looking Wii U version. Doubt the new levels are worth the price.

Me too, small low resolution screen and dodgy frame rate, as well. For a game that has an art style like that, it really takes advantage of the higher resolution on Wii U. It's one of its unique selling points. Even though It's still a great game underneath its skin.

While I wont be getting the game as I've already played (and loved) the Wii U version, I am very much hoping that the 30 animated shorts are made available for purchase separately.

I will absolutely be buying the Poochy amiibo though because...well does that really need explaining? Smilie

I remember back at Treehouse Live E3 2015 where Bill was showing off the Yarn Yoshi amiibo to another Treehouser and they both mentioned that they would absolutely love to have a Poochy amiibo.

Well, considering I think the Wii U release didn't do anywhere near as well as Nintendo expected, I'm not surprised about this. Seeing more Wii U games take advantage of the far larger 3DS userbase makes good business sense.
