LucidSound releases the LS20 active gaming head set, with unique ear-cup controls, compatible with the Switch.
Since the switchable functionality of Nintendo's new system seems to be as stylish as it is seamless, it stands to reason that gamers want an equally sleek and ergonomic experience from their gaming headset. With the release of the amplified LS20 headset, LucidSound claims to provide the perfect companion to the Nintendo Switch.
The LS20 boasts two 40mm speakers for highly detailed and well-balanced audio. It features a discrete inbuilt mic, and a detachable flexible boom mic, as well as a rechargeable battery that provides up to twenty hours per charge. The main draw of the headset is the way it implements some unique but very convenient ear-cup controls, which will make gaming on the go, in particular, a lot easier. Simply rotate the left ear-cup to adjust the volume, click the left to mute audio output entirely and use the right click to mute just the mic output. It also makes use of built-in mic-monitoring so the player can accurately tell how loud they're speaking relative to other players.
The LucidSound LS20 gaming headset is available now and compatible with all major platforms, including the Nintendo Switch, releasing on March 3rd.
