Nintendo 2DS XL Photos Galore! on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Miitopia, Dr. Kawashima's Devilish Brain Training: Can You Stay Focused? (coverage and review coming soon), and Hey! Pikmin launch alongside the Nintendo 2DS XL in Europe on Friday 28th July (Ever Oasis was part of the Japanese system's launch), and Cubed3 managed to get in some early comparison photos, as well as plenty of up-close-and-personal shots of the new hardware.

Be sure to see the NEW Nintendo 2DS XL from almost every angle, compared to older formats, and even some bonus snaps, in this handy folder (click the image):

Did anyone pick this up today? The main things I've noticed is how light it is compared to the New 3DS XL. The hinge seems a bit wobblier, though, which might be concerning for those picking it up for youngsters.

I was tempted, but decided against it, I have heard the screens aren't as good as the N3DSXL so i'd rather keep my older model. I don't like how the hinge seems to protrude either.
