DS Media | More GoldenEye: Rogue Agent Screens
Related Stories
EA have released more screens from the upcoming DS version of the not so good Goldeneye: Rogue Agent.
The game follows the same, interesting, storyline of its home console counterparts where an aspiring 00 agent is dismissed from MI6 for being a naughty boy. For his portfolio of devastating reckless brutality, the agent is recruited by Auric Goldfinger to control the Bond underworld and as such goes on a rampage to destroy the world, etc. The remainder of the very unoriginal plot can be worked out fairly easily.
As for the title itself, the gameplay and systems employed for the DS seem to surpass the lacklustre storyline with unique capabilities for the system. Using the wireless features of the DS, up to seven additional players can enjoy a limited, but enjoyable, multplayer experience only using a single copy of the title for extensive and money-saving portability.
The single player option, however, does seem somewhat tedious with six missions with the usual baddie affair from classic Bond adventures with past locations for fans of the franchise. As for the DS extras, the dual-screen provides the gameplay on the top and using the touch screen capabilities, control of ammo and radar systems are possible. However, left-handed, right-handed and touch screen control are possible, to extend the ways players and control the reckless agent.
We have several images in the below album to view. Stick with C3 for more Bond coverage!
