By Adam Riley 26.04.2006 8

Quick News - A listing on Japanese website Rakuten has revealed that Hudson Soft has finally re-confirmed that the new version of Bomberman is set to release this year, complete with online Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection compatibility. Hopefully more details on Bomberman Land will be shown at this year's E3 in May.

YaySmilie was tempted to by the one last year but i think i'll hold out for this. Glad it's still being made.

Woohooo! Smilie

I loved the multiplayer on the N64 version, this should be fantastic... but will probably disappoint.

For some reason the title "Bomberman Land" somehow reminds me of Bomberman Quest and Bomberman Adventure... I hope I'm wrong

I hope they don't use the touch-screen to draw the bombs or something ridiculous like that. Just old skool for me. Download play and online is enough.

Dude yuor totally awesome. And i won't be killing you anytime soon.

I don't see any reason why they can't have the 8 player from the last bomberman on DS but it will probably be only 4 player online.

Hopefully it'll be great. Wonder if the single player mode will be any good though?

Finally it looks like we'll get a good Bomberman game for DS! I mean the first was really good, but there was:

No Golden Bomber
No good 1 player

I hope they make an RPG 1 player like the awesome Bomberman Tournament, I also LOVE THE FECKING MUSIC on Bomberman Tournament.

& Bomberman 64 too. Infact Bomberman DS is the only Bomberman game in which Hudson just didnt try with anything (except multiplayer, but they start off walking too slow!!)
