E3 2006 Video | Call of Duty 3 on Nintendo Wii

As recently speculated, Activision have announced that the war epic series, Call of Duty, will be heading to all next(new)generation systems along with releasing a snazzy new trailer..
The third insallment of Call of Duty brings players even closer to the combat through the eyes of four Allied soldiers during the Normandy Breakout. The title is in development by Treyarch for Wii, PS3 and Xbox360 for a 2006 release.
Revolution/Wii confirmation comes toward the end of the trailer.

Mind you... this is being developed by Treyarch, and they did "Call of Duty2: The Big Red one" for the PS2, Xbox and GameCube
"Call of Duty 2" for PC and Xbox360 was an entirley different (and much better) game made by infinity ward.
I know who's version I'll choose.

Treyarch is a disapointment in my book.
I wish Infinity Ward was working on this one =/
Hopefully though, they will use a modified CoD2 engine.

CoD2: BRO is still a fantastic game though, the boys at Treyarch did well to listen to the moans from the first one and built the game up again.

Meh, in my opinion WWII is the most fascinating war in history, although I do agree that there are a few too many WWII games out there.

I'm not a big fan of these games but it's a big franchise and that means good news. So CoD3, New Tony Hawks and Casino Royale all going to be on show at E3 for the Wii? Looking good. I'm sure it's going to be scary to play that on the Wii, I'll probably end up running backwards.
