Activision has been working closely with Nintendo (and Sony) for the development of 'Call of Duty 3' and 'Marvel: Ultimate Alliance' over recent months. Both titles will definitely be released on all three next-gen consoles, so that's XBOX 360 and the PS3 but most importantly Nintendo's very own Wii.
They will also be releasing a system exclusive Tony Hawks game for the Wii entitled ' Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam' as opposed to the multiformat title 'Tony Hawk's Project 8' that will be released on Microsoft and Sony's new home consoles.
Activision also plans to release a whopping 10 (mostly currently un-named) next-gen titles in 2007. On top of that they will be showing an exclusive new sneak-peak of upcoming title 'Spider-Man 3' at E3 next week. Here's what President of the company, Mike Griffith had to say about the event.
"Activision will showcase a diverse and well-rounded game slate at this year's E3 convention. We expect that our well-established brands and multi-platform development strategy should continue to provide us with an advantage in the new console era. The next-generation console systems feature significant visual and audio enhancements that will continue making video games more accessible to audiences worldwide."
C3 will have more on the aforementioned titles soon enough, be here or be... clear... that your missing out.
