Nintendo News | Tingle Returns To DS

A scan has emerged on JeuxFrance about the Tingle RPG on Nintendo DS. Some thought the game had been cancelled, but it has now made a reappearance.

Little is known about the game, aside that you will play as Tingle from the Zelda franchise and its Japanese title can now be roughly translated as "Tingle's Freshly Picked Rosey Rupee Land" (though it is under debate - certain parts of the title are a little ambiguous). You will play as Wind Waker Tingle, where he will start as a 'normal' man until meeting with a character who transforms him into the Tingle form we know and 'love', by making him toss Rupees, the Hyrule currency for those not in the know, into a magical fountain.

From there, Tingle sets off on a quest to make people happy by giving them money. As the name might suggest, money will play a fairly large part in the game, but other than this we're all in the dark until Nintendo chooses to release more information.
