    extremely interesting?
    It's just the same kirby game we played 10 years ago.
    Oh wait, I think I saw some new jump on this platform and destroy the wall with the power you just acquired...surely this warrants a purchase?

    Of course it does. It's KIRBY Smilie

    I think Bart has a point; it looks just like the SNES/GBA Kirby games. So even though Kirby is awesome (who am I to question Megadanxzero) I don't think this will appeal to many more people other than the hardcore Kirby lovers.

    All 1 of us ;_;

    It does have new stuff... Such as combining powers. I can't wait to have a go at that. Plus, the NINJA POWER IS BACK!! ^^

    I can't help but feel that this is the same as nearly every other Kirby game before it. It looks plain, no action, very easy just like Amazing Mirror and Nightmare In Dreamland.

    In fact the only ones which I really enjoyed was the Dreamland series because they were fresh and the level design was pretty decent.

    Meh kirby games are always easy but there always extremly fun.
    I havn't bought a kirby game since Kirbys dream land though lol well apart from canvas curse..but that dosn't count cause it kinda sucked since it just wasn't kirby.

    Ah shit i didn't even notice they were doing it, should be a quality game then, wish they were doing another zelda game thoughSmilie

    This looks to be brilliant fun & is so far going to be the first 2D Kirby Platformer I get ('Cept the original on GB Smilie)

    It looks like you can get a power up from basically anything, did I see Kirby get a hat from a Waddle Dee? Or was it something that LOOKED like a Waddle-Dee? ^^;

    It was a Waddle-DOO you FOOL!!! Do you know nothing!?

    *cough* ... Sorry ^^;

    I'm pretty sure Flagship developed Kirby and the Amazing Mirror too... In my opinion that's the best Kirby game yet, so it's good to see they're making another one Smilie

    YES, thank you - same as I felt. At the time I was crazy about the game and gave it 9.8/10...that's been rounded down to a 9/10 with our new scoring system. However, I loved what Flagship did with the game, changing it totally from Nightmare in Dreamland.

    I really hope the (seemingly cancelled) GC game is being made on Wii by them as well...

    Bit funny the way Nintendo keep churning out more and more Kirby games it is not like they sell particluarly well in the west

    I think it'd be a good game to leave on the GC just to make sure there's still a few games there for people who can't get a Wii yet, but as long as it's not been cancelled I won't be rioting anytime soon... On the other hand if it HAS been cancelled... Well... Let's just say Nintendo are going to recieve a little 'present'

    And I wouldn't say they 'churn' out Kirby games... 2 on the SNES, 1 on the N64, 1 on the Gamecube (Unless it gets moved to the Wii or cancelled), 2 on the GBA and 2 on the DS... There are other series(es?) made far more frequently

    Kirby on GC looked brilliant, it's such a shame the GC version has (probably) been canned, & it's doubful to appear again anytime soon, it really looked quality & the only proper Kirby GC game there would have been...

    To be perfectly honest, Kirby is an incredibly popular character, thanks to internet fame (With the whole <('-')> Thing) & SSB, Kirby is better known than a whole lot of other Nintendo characters like Link or Samus... (not as well known as Mazza though ^^Smilie

    Also, I think Power Paintbrush has quite a bit of popularity, not all at once, but it's a popular game to borrow (as in my friends like to borrow it from me) & I think it sold ALRIGHT although it hasn't really been on the charts.

    Still, the UK appreciate Kirby in their lives, they just don't know it Smilie

    What a random RANT!!

    I think Kirby could have played really well with GC controls.... it's a real shame... Smilie

    You mean in the UK and Ireland. Everywhere else he's HUGE. In the US his TV is quite popular and the straight to DVD release 'Fright to the Finish', which launched with Canvas Curse on the DS, proved ridiculously popular...as did the game.

    In fact, even the abysmal Kirby's Air Ride did amazing in both Japan and the US!

    Ive never played a Kirby game ever and I was intrested in that paintbush one but never got round to buying it. It looks like a pretty standard platformer to me but we will wait and see.

    If by standard platformer you mean... Not standard in the slightest then yeah I suppose...

    DON'T YOU DARE TALK ABOUT MY BABY LIKE THAT!!! ;_; Kirby Air Ride is a great game! It absolutely kicks the shit out of Double Dash, which was just terrible compared to the other MK games. Plus there's so much stuff to unlock, even more than in SSB:M I think (But only by about 18)

    Knighty agrees with me! Too bad he's away >.>

    So..... you've all been affected too? Smilie

    Twitter | C3 Writer/Moderator | Backloggery

    No... It's just that super circuit is actually a Mario Kart game, rather than a Mario OH MY GOD HE'S IN A GIANT TRUCK THING!!!11 game...
