With Wii-mania well and truly exploding across the internet thanks to the US conference play-test getting underway at this very moment we take a moment to admire Sonic the hedgehog's latest outing from a distance.

We have five shots uploaded and ready for viewing, each features a small diagram demonstrating how the game will be controlled by the Wii-Mote at that particular moment in time, enjoy!

Yup.
I just saw a trailer for the PS3/Xbox360 "Sonic The Hedgehog" and laughed myself silly.

It looks just as bad as heroes...loads of shooting, vechiles, and other unnesscery things for a sonic game.
A few fancy FF-style FMV's dont make poorly thought out game additions any better.

Nintendo fans really did get the best deal here Smilie
(even though I suspect this game was made in 1/4th the time, the concept is just so much more Sonic)

I'm certainly looking forward to this game. I hope they don't mess up with the camera though (which is probably very easy in a game like this)

The fact that there are only 3 different positions of the Wii-mote in those screens should tell you how I feel about this game...

Those graphics are fantastic. Let's just hope that it plays as good as it looks. I still perfer the name Wildfire though. It's cooler and really fits what the game theme is all about.Hey all those with high def tvs fear not. 16:9 480p may not be HD but it'll still look pretty on your Tv screens without making you feel as though you're playing a gamecube. Smilie you don't mean that, you're just saying that 'cos it's not the game you're getting...

The new trailer for Sonic 2006 looks very nice indeed, the story is becoming a lot more interesting already, & it seems like the whole "humour in Sonic games" thing is gonna be bigger than ever...

Sure Riders was funny at times, Battle was funny, but Heroes & the Adventure series wasn't that funny, but Sonic 2006 makes me laugh (because of the humour :sarcySmilie

Anyway, BOTH new Sonic games are looking VERY NICE INDEED Smilie

Enoch Powell was right, and you know it.

Could this be the first 3D sonic game I get?
