lmfao...what a load of shite...because of the fact it's so biased.

It's amazing the momentum Wii is ganering amongst Japanese developers/game developers and if these polls are anything to go by, they seem to be confident that Wii could quite possibly win the next gen. console war. Lets just hope that these polls is an indication that they're now ready to bring new and existing killer franchises to a Nintendo system and not some of the half-baked efforts that Nintendo fans were forced to witness within the Gamecube era.

Looks positive for Wii.

They really hate Microsoft don't they.

I'm surprised MGS4 and FFXIII aren't as well voted, but good stuff for Wii.

Great stuff for Wii,r eally seems like developers are getting closer to Nintendo, and are experiencing the Wii.

Yes, they hate Microsoft, because x360 has absolutely no ...anything at Japan.

I love this coutnry. *lol*

It's interesting to read about the expectations and sights these guys and ladies have about Wii. I am European, and therefore are eager to hear how Wii is doing at other countries. I'm glad everyone delivering content is so eager to get Wii, develop for Wii and like Wii. Remember: These are not only small programmers from the bottom of the food chain, there are also people who decide what games have to be made next (hopefully). So it's a great start. When acceptance from the buyer of games is that big too, Wii can be a tremendous success. Nintendo may get the push they need in a great number of games that consumers may think 'Wow, look how much software you can bux for this console. It's a good thing to buy it!' *buys one*

a bit weird these thoughts, but I hope you know what I wanted to say.

And it's astounding to see these people voting Zelda the most anticipated game of all consoles:
They have voted for an innovative console but on the other hand on a 'standard core-game', meaning one who is a heavy game with mechanics of the core games, big, epic and a well known hero which core gamers love.
So they may be look forward how well such an epic core-game can go wellt with the Wiimote. If this game sells well, then hopefully even Capcom sees, that with a Wiimote you can steer more than just easy games like WarioWare... *still loathe them for saying this*

I love these figures. As James Bond says in the swiss bank in Bilbao on the beginning of 'The World Is not Enough':
"(...)They are perfectly rounded."

I find your lack of faith disturbing!

Wii kicked the competition ass there but saying alot of developers are interested in the 360 games line-up.

Great to see Zelda topping the games poll

Ease of devolopment for xbox 360!?

Reall?

I thought it was really hard.

Avoid Games Like the Plague, productivity++

It's almost identical to developing for PC...

Why does it list "Vista" as a feature of the Xbox360 :-/

Do they mean direct X10? but even thats not true, as the gpu in it is direct x 9.
(allthough any x10 features could be emulated on one of the 3 gpus, of course)

Last update; Mice,Plumbers,Animatronics and Airbenders. We also have the socials; Facebook & G+.

Yeah 360 wii and PS3 are all DX9, Vista simply means the live anywhere feature, which covers everything from communication with friends from your pc and games played between 360 and pc owners. At least I think so. Going to restrict pc games a little though...no DX10 features for PC->360 games.

Mario Galaxy and SSBB really should have more votes

I'd just taken my glasses off and I thought one of the things the dev's were looking forward to for the PS3 was the ease of development!

Then I put my glasses back on, and all was well with the world.

*Amen* Smilie

Well, technically from a graphic, power and programming stand point, the Wii is easier to develop for than the 360. It's the controller and it's unique attributes that devs are getting used to.

Chance favors the prepared mind.

Ah, bugger, just noticed this after sending in a news tip.
