Nintendo Wii Media | Red Steel Trailer Update

Quick News: Ubisoft of Japan have revealed a fresh trailer featuring a combination of old and new footage from the upcoming sword/gun hybrid shooter, Red Steel for Wii.

It's excactly the same as the the English 2nd Trailer but has a Japanese man on instead. We saw this months ago.

not many new footage in it.
Thought what is shown looks great, still dont like the weapon design but bleh, thats a mather of taste ^^.
Anyway , i think the graphics look not bad, many ppl said wii graphics -> a bit improved gamecube graphics.
But for me it looks like that the graphic is ALOT better then on the cube.

I think that's true - it seems as smooth as the Cube but with little extra details here and there. Smilie

Looks more polished than the old trailer.

Yeah has split screen multplayer but no online.

i was just thinking of something as you can see in that video the guy keeps crouchin and moving as if he was being hit... what im trying to say is do you reckon that will happen to you when playing a Wii game coz with the controls your brain makes you think your in the game and you start to dodge and move away as if your beeing hit!!
do you know what im talking about!?!?!

I see all these people insulting the Nintendo corporation because of the lack of mature content. Yet there is something about Nintendo (at least their games) that strikes a certain unadulterated feeling of joy!!!  Pokemon Y - 1048-9263-5562

I doubt it but I actually hope the Wii does have that effect . It would be ultimate emmersion which no super Hi-res graphics could simulate.

Like the look of that trailer, the gun play looks easier to hadle then its done in previous demos. Mind u, ONM mentioned in an interview that the games but tidyed quite a bit since then. Either way, i'll be getting this on launch.

I agree. Even though the controls haven't been getting the best of reviews, I am still excited about this game. The graphics look beautiful . My only complain is the way that cutscenes are played out.

I can't get excited about it. I couldn't give a shit about the graphics - it's the real-time intuitive control I want. Fluid and easy it should be. Blocky and clunky it looks.

Of course I'll reserve judgement. But I expect very little. Which is such a shame because the ideas here have such potential.

Less posty, more gamey.
