Nintendo Wii Media | UK Zelda TV Advert #2 at Nintendo Cubed3

Nintendo have recently begun their UK TV advertising blitz in preparation for the console's launch in Europe in a matter of days. Link and Zelda join the Wiimote action in the first Wii game commercial hitting prime time TV.

C3 reader Ben spotted the Hylian on various popular networks, including E4, Living TV and MTV - the home of many previous DS campaigns.

The video has hit the web, thanks to the folks over at N-Europe.

It's nice advert and I love the Zelda jingle at the begging of the ad. As Grumbler said though, it's not as good as the Ocarina of Time advert.

Anyway, the advert's funny... I doubt any sane person would see it and instantly say 'MY GOD that's sexist!' rather than just laugh at it

I am seeing nothing but Wii ads, mostly Zelda with a few Wii Sports ads.

the Wii jingle is similiar to the DS.

the new Wii ad's are very shameful very poor and if you did not know what it was you would be very confused about the ad on a scale of 0 being crap and 10 being best I give it a 2

I havn't seen the OOT advert before, it's great! Also the Ye Olde English is pretty funny, but it's really a good advert.

They shoudl have done a similar thing with TP, but I guess that people will need to know how they play it wont they...

It was a bit short, and when its on telly I only see the end of it, I only saw it twice. Actually, the only full Wii add i saw, on telly, was the Wii sports one. Smilie

I will have seen an ad atleast "three times before launch" my ass. And I mean fully see.
