Industry News | Nintendo Sells a Million Wii Worldwide

Quick News - Today Nintendo's president, Satoru Iwata, went on record on Tokyo to announce a million Wii systems have been sold worldwide (400,000 in Japan, 600,000 in the US) and that there is a chance more than 6 million will be sold by March 2007.

360 has now SHIPPED 8 million...if more than 6 million Wiis are sold by march....we can all laugh at MS

Nintey will easily pass that target... Xbox360 has been on sale for a year and only sold 7mil... Smilie HA-HA point a laugh!
i reckon the Wii will sell between 13-16mil on its first year! Smilie Beleive it!

Xbox 360 7m mate, it has just passed five million with the new NPD nov figures, no one can deny the 360 sales aren't great.
