Japanese Sales | Famitsu Collates Nintendo DS Top 100

Japanese publication Famitsu has gathered together all of the Nintendo DS game sales so far and created a Top 100 sales chart highlighting the strongest games on the system. Sadly, some of these numbers will look strange to those who follow our weekly chart run-down since those are Media Create numbers and the two tracking companies' numbers differ quite drastically at times.

It's shocking how in the Top 30 the only two companies that have any power against Nintendo are Square Enix and Bandai Namco!

Although Sega will have recently jumped in with Love & Berry, and Capcom is likely to do it as well with the follow-up to the Megaman EXE series.

Depending on the game, over 50,000 units for a Third Party offering is decent going. Over 100,000 is damn impressive (I'd reckon).

By now it will have been overtaken easily by Kirby! Smilie

And Flynnie, Sonic's just not popular in Japan anymore...None of the Sonic Advance games did well there either.

100.) Kanpeki Kanji (TDK Core) - 43,664

Where would that sales figure be in a PSP top 100?
