Nintendo News | Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Screens

By Jorge Ba-oh 21.12.2006 7

The turtles with attitude return on every possible format known to man in Ubisoft's bid to create an action/adventure game based on the realistic film heading to cinemas in 2007.

The classic pizza eating, anthropomorphic Turtles return to the big screen in March 2007, and to accompany the remake Ubisoft are developing a movie to game conversion for those hungry for ninja power. TNMT features the all star cast fighting their way through a horde of typical evil bad-guy scenarios, avoiding danger and traps in a bid to stop the forces of darkness from taking over, etc.

The screens above are taken from current generation (Xbox, PS2, GameCube and more than likely Wii) builds.

Stick with C3 for future updates.

I actually think it looks pretty damn good.

No doubt it will be slated here.

Is it in beat-em-up genre?

It'll be an initial rent in my books, and if I love it I'll buy it.

If not though, i'll just rent until completion.

Who was your favourite Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle ?

I related most to Donatello. I had him as a toothbrush.

Michaelangelo got on my tits to be frank. He was too forward - got on my nerves.

Creating New Sig...Eventually

Put that shit on the wii make it a GOOD turtles game, IIRC the last valid attempt at a good turtles game was Turtles IN Time Smilie . But yea give me a wii and let me do all the crazy ass motions and I'll be god damned blissful.

Is Michaelangelo *flying* with his nunchuks in that first screenshot?

lol. Yes it does look good. I never thought I'd hear that name "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" after all this time. I hope they can make it fun, and I'd have no complaint!

I wish they'd do another Turtles Tournament Fighters...I loved that game!
