Marvelous Interactive on Wii and DS Only
Quick News - In a surprise announcement, Marvelous Interactive (the company behind Harvest Moon, Luminous Arc and No More Heroes, amongst many other games) has stated for two-thirds of the upcoming financial year it will only release games on the Nintendo DS and Wii.

Wii Production Set to Rise in April
Quick News - Due to the high worldwide demand for Nintendo's Wii, Yoshihiro Mori, Managing Director of Nintendo has stated the company is to increase production of the system from April 2007. With a million per month being made until then, a rise shows a strong push from Nintendo for the year!

Wii Gets Scarred
Quick News: Nintendo Wii is slowly beginning to experience various mature games courtesy of various third parties. According to magazine N-Gamer, Scarface will be heading to Wii. Certainly positive news for those of you who like a dose of violence in your lives.

Original Content for Virtual Console Confirmed
With the future of original content on the Wii Virtual service in question in a recent interview with Hudson, Nintendo have reconfirmed that independent developers will be able to make games available to download on the Wii.

Toon Doku Comes to DS
Majesco have recently announced that a new Sudoku based game is heading to the DS in April. It is being developed by Dragon's Den Unlimited, and boasts the usual selection of Sudoku goodess as well as cartoon picture-based puzzles.

A Million for the Joker
Quick News: Square Enix has announced the sales figures for the increasingly popular Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker for the DS in Japan. The title hit stores late last year on December 28th and has sold a million copies in the country. Hopefully the series will see similar results in the West, along with the upcoming Dragon Quest IX exclusively for DS.

UK developer Blitz Games, of Bratz, Spongebob and Bad Boys II fame, have announced their keynote discussion at the upcoming GDC event in March, speaking on the Wii and its unique user interface.

yeah it was very quite....

I see all these people insulting the Nintendo corporation because of the lack of mature content. Yet there is something about Nintendo (at least their games) that strikes a certain unadulterated feeling of joy!!!  Pokemon Y - 1048-9263-5562
