Quick News: Perrin Kaplan, NOA's VP of marketing and corporate affairs announced in an interview with IGN, that sales of Twilight Princess for Wii have topped a million in the Americas. Zelda TP is now "the fastest-selling launch title for any new video game system since Super Mario 64 for Nintendo 64 some 10 years ago."

Stick with Cubed3 for all the latest updates...

Well not to mention over 500k units of the GameCube version in December alone.

Zelda TP is going to be huge.

That fact actually comes from a seperate press release, so it's quite unclear. Though i'd take it as a global fact, rather than just in America.

No doubt the GCN versions would sold so so so much more in Europe and North America if Nintendo stocked it probably. The cheeky cunts want people to buy a Wii so they can play Zelda on it and at the same time they don't want the GCN nuts to complain about it not coming out on the Cube.
