Nintendo Wii News | Peach & Bowser Walk Down the Aisle in Super Paper Mario (Release Date Confirmed)

In a humourous press release, Nintendo have announced that Peach and Bowser are set to join in holy matrimony on April 9th. Here's the official press release;

"Nintendo of America Requests the Pleasure of Your Company at the Marriage of

Peach
to
Bowser

on the 9th Day of April 2007

The nuptials will take place at the beginning of Super Paper Mario, which will be available for Nintendo's hot new Wii home video game system. Those who wish to attend - or thwart - the ceremony will need to switch between 2-D and 3-D."

Presumably April 9th is the US release date for the hotly anticipated title. Those familiar with the series will certainly be pleased that they won't have to wait too much longer.

Can't wait! It's definitely peaked my interest far more than any previous Mario RPG.

i havn't played any game off this series yet which is quite a shock to me because mario retro are the greatest games in the series in my opinion, give me super mario bros 3 and world over 64 sunshine and galaxy anyday, so i'm quite looking forward to this blend of 2d/3d hopefully it dusn't let me down

Well Europe is getting Eledees in April, so i am hoping we can hopefully get it by July at least.
