Nintendo Wii Media | SSX Blur Screens

We like the SSX series. There is something about being an idiot in the snow that appeals to the...idiot inside us. The visuals in this title look really excellent and from what we've seen and heard about the gameplay it all holds together really nicely.

A Wii exclusive title in development by the folk over at EA Sports Big this game combines what we all know and love from the SSX series with some unique Wii control elements. What's nice though, is it never once gets gimmicky. All the movements you are asked to do in order to perform tricks and race actually make sense. The game works, and it does it on the Wii. After Madden, can EA do it again and prove that they have already cracked the Wii?

Looks very nice indeed and, from what I've heard, it plays like a dream!

Wow! It's actually shaping up to look really nice! Dattebayo.

EA certainly have changed for the better havn't they? I no longer detest them as I once did. It seems Ubisoft have taken their place in the "Shit games company" shift. Or whatever you wanna call it.

Anyway, depending on how the reviews are for this game, I might actually get it. Still, I've never been persuaded to buy an SSX game before..... Perhaps I'll get it on a wim like I did with Tony Hawk Smilie

Hopefully not, I hate wims. Thankfully I don't do it often. Hopefully a friend of mine will get it! Smilie

Not too bad, snazzy shots, looks better in action though - very fluid.

I'll wait until I see it cheap somewhere. Its not really my type of game, but it does look good so ill pick up when I spot it in a second hand rack Smilie

I absolutely <3 SSX so I hope this is worth the money I'm gonna be paying for it on launch Smilie

yeah i like this it looks preety good! SSX Tour was preety good aswell!! My fav game from the series!

I see all these people insulting the Nintendo corporation because of the lack of mature content. Yet there is something about Nintendo (at least their games) that strikes a certain unadulterated feeling of joy!!!  Pokemon Y - 1048-9263-5562

Wooo! Just pre-ordered this game.

I really love the SSX series and Blur looks like a step in the right direction.

My God those mountains in the background look amazing... I mean it's obviously just an image but... So beautiful ;-;
