Support for Nintendo's home console has steadily increased since birth with a very broad mix of studios signing up to develop for Wii. Three more have recently been added to the list.
Aussie-Nintendo reports that Melbourne developer Tantalus Interactive has started to work on titles for Wii. Aside from the upcoming Pony Friends for DS, the company have two other Nintendo projects in the works. Alongside Wii, the studio intend on working on games for Xbox 360 and PS3 also.
Montreal based developer NewPlay is seeking support for next generation consoles in a job seekers listing on Gamasutra. The 10 man studio intend on increasing their team by 25 this year, and seek people for a "fun and dynamic working environment and projects with shorter development cycles and smaller, project based development teams".
Finally, a recent press release D2C Games has announced their support for various upcoming home consoles, seeking to create games that are easy to pick up and play, and don't require hundreds of hours to get full enjoyment.
