I have to say, the game title is a bit of a mouthfull. It's as if they threw in random words to get something that sounded pretty crazy. I love the boxart though. I hope the game turns out to be great. I never played the GC original either so I don't know what to expect.

Nintendo trying to be 'street' = recipe for disaster. Why can't they just accept that people enjoy bright colours and use them? Either that or do entirely black box art - that would be nice.

They really didn't need to put football on the end.

It's going to be shit and you jolly well know it.

They do because it's the UK audience Smilie

The game's name is meant to be Mario Strikers Charged, but they have to put the word football in it for our audience, I have no idea why, they prolly think us Brits are stupid.

Well, they wouldn't be wrong. As long as they put the word football in any game title, it'll sell 1mil copies. Smilie

Yeah, having football at the end sounds a bit peculiar. "Mario Football Charged" would have sounded more appropriate imo. Good art tho.

I think I can sense me preordering this from amazon quite soon!

I agree, the "football" makes it sound like too much of a mouthful. I'm liking the art a lot though. Smilie

I think you're all crazy. The best solution would have been to KEEP the original title, 'Mario Smash Football', and just add Charged onto the end... You know these silly sports types, they're easily confused.

Either that or 'How to make Mario look Gangsta'
