Nintendo is already available through soft drinks in the US, and now sets to take the UK by storm in a huge marketing blitz with hundreds of Wiis to give away with Coca-Cola products.

Over 182 million packs will offer the chance to win the "ultimate Wii game room" each day

i never thought id see the day, nintendo with a big brand...wow well done for getting this deal, kind of rubs it in the face of the PS3, i w ould have expected PS3 giveaways galore. Coke know where it's at though, very pleased.

Sony probably can't afford to give away too many PS3's, don't you think?

But still, good job Nintendo UK. Adverts in the past have been naff, but hooking up with a top brand to promote your product and give away consoles will surely pay off.

Ha ha this is great for Nintendo, it seems they are finally taking a more aggressive stance to marketing, which is something i have always hoped for.

Playstation as a brand in the past has always done that. LS Smilie

Yeah i saw the advert today and i got a few bottles of Fanta with the ads on them!! And they are doing a similiar thing with NUTS magazine & WKD you can win a Wii and 12 bottles of WKD every week... but i dont know how long the offer is....

I see all these people insulting the Nintendo corporation because of the lack of mature content. Yet there is something about Nintendo (at least their games) that strikes a certain unadulterated feeling of joy!!! Pokemon Y - 1048-9263-5562

Went to my local TESCO today. Saw they had a Buy One Get One Free offer on Dr Pepper and Icy Lemon Fanta...

the stuff sells for 40p a can, or 99p a 2l Bottle, and i dont think ive ever been in a shop that doesnt have it
