Too bad there is nothing on it right now. It should be filled up gradually though. I like the fact that they have decided to make a dedicated Battlefield level, for serious play. I like it how the time of day changes, pointless but fun nonetheless.

?_? killer7 and NiGHTS Ape Escape Golden Sun Devil May Cry Kingdom Hearts wtf XD is that just music but hmmm maybe u can get them XD it a bit odd have all them musicians

Smilie Akihiro Honda the metal gear guy they so ill say one of the guys games they did music 4 will be on it

Damn fine list of musicians! The arranged Melee theme sounds pretty swish Smilie

    Awesomeness!

One thing i loved about the SSBM was the various songs from various games, all in orchestra. With this list of musicians, i can't wait.

Normally I don't pay much attention to the music in games. Sure some tunes get stuck in my head but I don't appreciate it as much as others do or as much as I probably should. But I'll be damned if I'm not excited for the music in this game, once I heard the music in the first trailer that was it.

The site was a bit of an anti-climax but after a few weeks I'm we'll learn more. This game will be awesome.

Nice. I look forward to the new stuff that should be appearing over time.

I like how he refers to the list of musicians as risky, a possible hint at some of the characters to be included? The ones I'm happiest about are:
    Devil May Cry
Fire Emblem (ROY BETTER BE BACK!)
    Killer 7
    Chrono Trigger
and Grandia, though for the music more than the characters. Grandia had some fine sounding music.

Dissapointed. waste of a countdown for a launch of a website. There is overal less info then the first basic site with characters being removed entirely. You would think with a countdown there would be a major announcement attached at the end. Instead you have to wait further for any major info concerning the game. Lets hope its speedily bulked up. . .

the website looks fresh the screen shots look crisp still no release date .i guess we just have to wait because it is still early times

    ULTIMATE WII GAMER!!!

    Oh my god...

The music looks like it'll be absolutely incredible!! >.<

I can't believe such an incredible cast of composers will be working on it. Golden Sun/Mario Tennis? YAY!! I love the music from those games!!

EDIT: Daily updates sounds excellent, & it looks like the screenshots are fully in game, with the characters at the bottom. It looks like the mode is time, as there are no lives.

Also, all the characters have little portraits at the bottom, good stuff, I can't wait for more.

EDIT: I have to say, as always the visuals are incredible, & the Menu 1 song nearly brought a tear to my eye Smilie

Why did they countdown to this?? What an anti-climax...

It's definitely good enough for me, I wasn't expecting anything too big at all, just something like Yoshi, but this is better. Why can't anyone see that?

We have new screens with the health display; the game looks more & more complete, a how to play section, it's as if the game is so close you can smell it. Also confirmation of time passing in stages, & a huge list of brilliant musical artist who worked on games. Plus the promise of daily updates, that more than anything makes it more than I expected. I expected 1 character & then nothing else for another half a year, you know?

Really hope they release some solid new info soon, music is fab and all but really hoped to see something in motion..

I was quite disappointed. But it is good that the game looks like it's nearing completion. And daily updates are good. I was expecting a surprise right away and then more information to come. But now all we get is a level, health bars, and music. How anti-climatic.

    excitement overload!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The lack of information is disappointing, but to be honest it was just hopeful thinking to expect more. That is one heck of a list of composers though. I loved Melee's music, this looks like it will be even more awesome. Smilie

Hmmm i wonder if the list of composers hints towards who will be in it?

What a list indeed! I like the style of music they decided to go with so far, all classic and vocals and what not. But yes, so disapointing, though I kinda have to go with what some people say, stick with not knowing all the characters, some of which may be unlockable. But I do gotta know all about the stages!

To be honest I didn't really like that Menu 1 song... I think the original version from Melee was better. And the tune from the first Brawl trailer. And the second trailer... In fact it was just pretty crap... It sounded like they tried to put too many instruments in and it just ended up sounding a bit muddled

I think if they completely removed the little pictures of the characters and moved the characters symbols in their place it'd be fine, if a little bit big still... And the character names can't be seen on a light background since they're white... I think the percentage things in general look photoshopped in or something, they just look really out of place... I really hope they change them...

And has anyone noticed none of the screens are widescreen? I'm hoping they're really cropped or something and that's why the health things look so big...

Well, it's still early days, & I assume like with most Wii games you'll be able to choose widescreen optionally.

But yeah, the symbols/pictures look a bit odd there... they should be made at least transparent.

Well, you never know, maybe they ARE photoshopped on, & they're only there to show us how to play. I don't see them on any other shots...

Hurrah, one person agrees, that practically makes it official as far as the internet's concerned; They're Photoshop'D

    Thank God
