ULTIMATE WII GAMER!!!

That could be very helpful, we'll find out soon enough seeing as there isn't a region yet with 2 online games is there?

Awesome news for me, and I'm glad Nintendo is doing something right for once.

I actually find this a better way of sorting out the 'Friend Code' business, as this allows for other people to have online profiles on your Wii system. If Nintendo opted to use the Wii code for every game, then it would only be for a set person who owns the Wii.

I've translated just under half of that interview as French revision, if anyone's interested:

It's going to be shit and you jolly well know it.

Nice one Grumbler. Smilie

Hope this is true - would make a lot of sense...

Thanks Grumbles!

I'm liking the idea of a friend code linked Mii. That way you can have multiple online people per system. Something I would have liked for the DS.

Err... If he's talking about Mario Football, which is already out, shouldn't we have already known about this? And shouldn't we be able to test it out right now?

yes to the above, we certainly can. If you log into strikers with your mii, note your friend code, then log in with a different mii and you will see that they are different codes!!!

But can you actually just add people's Miis instead of having to input the code. If so, what the hell is the point in having the codes in the first place? Why did they ever even mention them?

I'm thoroughly confused, it's lucky Nintendo wi-fi simplified all those other things which were stopping me getting online before though! All those other things...

It's going to be shit and you jolly well know it.

All that this means is that you will potentially only ever need two codes.

1. Wii console code - To send \ receive emails and mii's on your console.

2. Mii friend code - To give to friends when you want to play online.

This means that you will have to give out only one code for all games. You couldn't just search for peoples mii's as this would let you connect with people you dont know.

deffinetly good news!

I see all these people insulting the Nintendo corporation because of the lack of mature content. Yet there is something about Nintendo (at least their games) that strikes a certain unadulterated feeling of joy!!!  Pokemon Y - 1048-9263-5562
