Nintendo Media | Smash Update: Moving and Shooting

In a recent update to the official Smash Bros website Nintendo have revealed the ability for players to move and shoot the classic scope item using newcomer Wario to demonstrate in a series of amusing screens.

Good addition that was one of the thngs that annoyed me about Melee, that you had to run of to the corner to get a good charge shot.

When it came to firearms in Melee, I ignored them most of the time. Prefer to fight with each characters own abilities.Smilie

hahaha super scope 6 - what a horrible product. That gun was much too long for its own good.


I liked sega's gun much better. It had all these removable attachments - and the games were much more fun.

Hmm, I can see this not going to well. I can see this being overused, it was perfect when you had to stop to use it, it had balance. I hope they at least keep old weapons the same, though I'd like to see what they'd do with them.

Well as long as they keep the option for turning items on and off it shouldn't be too much of problem if it is unbalanced.

sorry.... yeah awsome idea... i got pissed off and staying in one place waiting for the fucking thing to charge and then shoot... and the opponent would jump and there was a wasted shot....
