Nintendo Media | Smash Update: Fox McCloud Joins Brawl

Today's update on the official Smash Bros Brawl. website reveals Nintendo's famous Lylat hero, Fox McCloud, going head to head with Mario and co.

Fox is just one of many so-called speed characters. His costume has been completely updated, so he's full of fighting spirit.

Run! Fly! Move boldly! For such moves are the essence of Fox!

Be sure to stick with C3 for updates...

    Yeah, but his character has been reconfirmed now, & we see some solo shots of him in action, including with his hologram move.

    He is more of a japanese looking fox than a scraggy english looking one. He has determined look about him, hopefully we will see him soon back in his ship. *E3 wishes* LS

    Despite how he looks (indeed, he looks cool) I just want to see endless action, bouncing from a wall and off balance speedsters...basically my weak point.

    I want a test... I want to know someone who can beat me in Super Smash Bros Brawl without sweating Smilie

    I can basically use any character in melee and win a match. So perhaps i will be that challenge you need. I tend to get bored with choosing my own character so i let my friends choose. They go for the Jigglypuff's,Game and Watch,Ness and Ice Climbers. I use those character really well, so hopefully i can master all the characters on Brawl.

    Fox looks sweet but i don't like to use him, he tends to be to fast to use. It can be a good thing but i wouldnt really pick him.

    Yeah I'm one of those people too... I get bored with using the same character over and over again. I usually only use the same one for 1 or 2 matches in a row
