Nintendo News | Jessica Alba Loves to Wii

Why not make a weekend update complete with a little hands on with the gorgeous Jessica Alba. The actress, whose likeness appears in the upcoming Fantastic Four game, recently revealed her love for Nintendo Wii.

Speaking to Yahoo Games, Alba was asked what she likes about the Wii - "I play all of the Wii Sports games, like bowling, tennis, and baseball. That's a lot of fun". said the Dark Angel star, "I think the physicality of the Wii gets people off the couch. Sometimes you can just sit there playing a video game for hours and never move and you're brain is just zapped from playing the game. With the Wii, you're up on your feet and moving around.

The physical aspect of it is great, especially for kids. They actually call it the Wii Diet, since active players can burn calories!"

    Note to Jessica: You are - and I don't care if you can speak Spanish or not - at least partly, a Latina. No amount of bleach or dieting is going to change that.

    Ha good one, though somehow I doubt Nintendo paid her to say that, She's just trying to act like she's a geek to get more fans, like when she said how she said how much she loved the Sin City comics, duh, because you were in the movie.

    And in how many movies has she bleached her skin? Sue Storm is meant to be white with blonde hair so it was fitting in with the part and in pretty much all her other movies she keeps the natural skin colours from her mixed heritage.

    Geez, some people get worked up to much about celebs.

    Hmm.

    You know, I've re-read my post about five times to find where I mentioned her bleaching her skin, but I just cannot for the life of me find it. Maybe it's because it's because I never never alluded to her bleaching her skin at all? :]

    I thought common sense might tell you that I was talking about the bleach she uses on her hair. :]

    Oh, and I'd take issue with *anybody* who made the kind of comments that this woman deems as being acceptable. Anybody who uses a public platform to spew ignorant comments about Mexicans are pretty loathsome in my opinion.

    As for playing that woman from Fantastic 4, that has to be one of the worst casting choices I think I've ever seen. It's generally a good idea to cast actors who are at least the same race as they character they're supposed to be portraying. The hair, the contacts - everything just looked bizarre. :/
