Nintendo Media | Smash Update: Knuckle Joe Assists

One of the strongest fellas in Kirby's world, Knuckle Joe, couldn't quite make the playable roster but joins today's Smash Bros. Brawl update by assisting players with powerful punches.

When talking about the guaranteed hard hitter of Kirby's world, you've got to say something about his fists!

A storm of Vulcan Jabs rain down, and then Knuckle Joe can finish his foes off with one of the following two special moves!

He's... He's strong. He's been doing some extreme training, I think.

Seems to be a character in the Kirby anime couldn't find any info on where he appears in the games.

KNUCKLE JOE! Awesome. Joe's from both the games and the anime, he rocks. Smilie Love how they got his three attacks in there aswell.

Knuckle Joe appeared in "Kirby Super Star" for the Snes. He was even playable as a second character. It will be nice when Nintendo decides to make this game for the VC on Wii

Kirby Superstar is the absolute best Kirby game ever made. I hope the new Wii game that is still sort of unannounced is at least half as good as the SNES game.

As for this update - sweet. I had a feeling we would get another assist or pokeball update this week. Well, I guess that's it for the week. Only 2 days until we get a new update!

wait so he is not playable at all? he isnt like the ice climbers but w/ kirbby and joe?
