Nintendo DS Media | First Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 Video

Konami is bringing an updated version of its extremely popular football franchise to the Nintendo DS in the form of Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 this October and the first ever video footage has now been released. Check out the video below, which shows the slowdown that plagued the first DS game has gone. The question remains how stable the online connection will be this time round, though:

It looks more fast paced than the first game, which is good because the original was very slow.

The first one played 'alright', but as you say it was too slow far too often. This really does look smoother, so fingers crossed! Not long to wait this time, either.

The AI on the computer looks shite. It got torn apart for the first goal by a couple of simple through balls. Also...that was never a penalty, nice to know the god awful refereeing remains.

Trying to think of a witty signature after 'Hacker-gate'...
