Derek Styles is a medical genius!, this game will be genius also with it's Co Op mode, it's what the game should have had from the start. Hopefully there will be lots more voice acting in this version also. I think I will sell my current copy for this version when it comes out. I have had fun with it but I should have waited for this..{LS]

Think that's the 2-player co-op rather than some nightmarish head-pat/tummy-rub game mechanic.

But Derek Styles isn't even in this game Smilie

I wonder if they'll be in it some how... with a cameo or something...

Looks groovy. Still haven't had a chance to play the first one on the Wii so I dunno how well the controls work yet. I'm getting the feeling that it works better on the DS though... I hope they make another one for the DS

I hoped they'd make another one for DS too, but after playing Second Opinion, I wouldn't have it any other way. The characters look so much better, you may not think so at first (I didn't) but now I think they do. Derek looked too old on the DS version, & Angie looked like a young teen.

It works great on Wii. Better than DS IMO Smilie

No reli, buy the game, you'll learn over time that it's BETR.

I played Under The Knife again recently, I have to say that the Wii version looks much better overall. The character proportions are funny on the DS game.

I mean, they're still funny on the Wii game, but it's only outragous breast size, so I wouldn't worry too much.
