NST did a great job with 1080 Avalanche; they should be handling the Wii version as well.

MORE CAUTERIZE ON THE SOUNDTRACK PLEASE.

I Rule.

1080 was a good game and using Balance Board would be great. I played this Hover-board-racing-game for Eyetoy (forgot its name) and it was great fun to move my body. Myself - not linking sports games very much - would consider buying this. And it would put Wii Fitness Balance Board to another good use...

I find your lack of faith disturbing!

yeah i can really see this game being in the works

I'd love that, I dunno how it'd work with the balance board, but it'd be truly great... Also editable soundtracks plz. Smilie

I agree Smilie

Sounds good, but I hope they have an optional control scheme for the Wii-mote and Nunchuck. Some people may not want to buy Wii Fit and so on, so it would be nice if they catered for those people too.

Seems like a top idea, and expected too - hopefully they'll make good use of the board! Would be another top factor to encourage people to play Wii, especially if demoed in shops/parties.

1080 was the first thing I thought of when the balance board was announced, it would just be so great.

Avalanche was a cool game, I only got it because there was a 1080/Metroid Prime offer on at the time. Only problem was mulitplayer options were so very limited and the single player was too easy and short. Good grpahics, and fun while it lasted though, hopefully they can address these problems for the update.

If I thought SSX Blur was good, than this should be much better!

Agreed, I'd hope for better multiplayer (as in all the levels) & a lot more to do in general. Online would be nice too wouldn't it? If the game turns out to be a reality then Nintendo would be crazy not to give it WiFi support.

As for me, I only got Avalance because of the Zelda Collector's Edition deal they had. I think it was something like, buy any first party Nintendo game & get it free (The guy in HMV had no idea what I was on about, but I showed him the promotion in NOM & I got it. X3) & since I already had most of the games like Mario Party 4, Pikmin etc, I just got 1080. The way I considered it, I bought the Zelda disc & got 1080 free, rather than the other way around, since it was really Zelda I was after Smilie & there really isn't much to do on 1080, which is a shame.

EDIT: Oh yeah, forgot I alos got the N64 version recently too, for

I hope there is some truth in it if not it is likely the next SSX will use the Balance Board. A new 1080 would be cool and I could see this being a good game.

Glad to see some positive conversation on the Fitness board. I told you it had great possibilities. Hopefully the sign of good things to come.

Maybe if Sonic Riders 2 used the Fitness board it may not blow as many chunks:cooldude:

Temporarily banned until further notice.

Awsome lets hope its true, i loved both 1080 games they were fun to play and i enjoyed them alot!
It would be pretty smart for Nintey if they made a bundle... coz I and i bet loads of other people will get the balance board if it came with 1080! Smilie

I see all these people insulting the Nintendo corporation because of the lack of mature content. Yet there is something about Nintendo (at least their games) that strikes a certain unadulterated feeling of joy!!!  Pokemon Y - 1048-9263-5562

Oh, man! That would be freak'n awesome! Both previous 1080 games were absolutely stellar.

The inclusion of the Wii Balance Board could potentially create the ultimate snowboarding game. *slobbers on keyboard* Include NWFC & WC24 support please. Smilie

I have to agree about Avalanche's multi-player modes, though. They were very well done (and a blast to play), but the serious lack of modes, courses, options etc. was really disappointing (especially in LAN mode; which was also the one major bummer about MKSmilieD's LAN mode).

...and Nintendo, I'm still waiting for the next Pilotwings, Excitebike, F-Zero & Waverace games. SmilieSmilie

Chance favors the prepared mind.

I really really don't think Sonic Riders will work with the Wii Board. I just don't see it happening. I mean, how much time on that game do you actually spend on the ground? >.< Not to mention the on foot sections. Would you be able to use Wiimote AND Balance Board? I really don't see how it can work...

Wii Balance Board anyone?? That could be a bit difficult though...
