This morning, after reading this, I felt I needed to change my pants.

Then I died on my way upstairs.

Then I just died again as I was typing this.

OH EM EFF JEE. >.< It's just so incredible! I just CAN'T WAIT for this game! Packsy Bagsy (or whatevs) this character here!

EDIT: Just realised how incredibly bad the size scale is in this game. It always has been completely wrong, Sonic SHOULD be about half the size of Link (I guess that is his Sonic 2006 look where he's taller, but still) & Bowser should be at least double the size he is now.

Still, it works very well, & I wouldn't have it any other way ^^ It looks brilliant, it still looks quick enough to me, & why the hell can't it end up getting incredible reviews? One of the best games this gen? It's looking to be.

EDIT2: I can't stop watching that Sonic trailer.... the graphics for his character model are brilliant, if you ask me he looks just as good as his 360/PS3 counterpart, it's amazing what the Wii can do when you put effort into it...

That video has got to be one of the best Sonic trailers I've seen since SA on the Dreamcast.. I don't know why, maybe it's the music, maybe it's the slightly "Nintendo" feel to his animation. But there's something there! And it makes me want that game RIGHT NOW!

It'll probably be his theme during some CG sequence or something, but I reckon they'll opt for one of his more classic themes probably, arranged all Nintendo-ey like!

I don't love the fact that we haven't heard any Green Hill, Ice Cap, Lava Reef, Hydrocity and Flying Battery music. That kicks the shizzle out of Sonic Adventure stuff.

As I keep saying, I think they used that song because it has more of an Action feel to it, & it represents Sonic's change into a 3rd party character, SA2B being his first game on another platform. This song is possibly the most recognised among Nintendo fans.

I'm sure there will be classic tunes in there too, but I think this song suited footage of Sonic beating up a bunch of Nintendo characters more than the Green Hill Zone theme would. If anyone strongly disagrees then make the exact same video but with the Green Hill zone music. Smilie

Maybe so, but it doesn't change the fact that there is better music on the older games (and just just as upbeat, Flying Battery is a good example).

It's not the best song, but neither is Live and Learn really.

Infact, a sped up yet orchestrated version of Green Hill would have probably worked.

Its is good, but I just wanted them to stick with original Nintendo characters. All these third-party characters spoil it for me. After all, its a Nintendo game and should only feature Nintendo characters. To me they just wont fit in and never will.

As for the music, well it just makes me glad that there's the MyMusic feature. I'm sure that'll have some classic oldschool Sonic tunes.

YES! I never liked Sonic that much... i always said i didnt want him... but it was bovious he was gonan be in the game!
