The animation is a joke.

It's going to be shit and you jolly well know it.

Those sounds are so familiar, but I know it's not the fighting game I know and love...Smilie Though I think it looks interesting, I don't do beat-em-ups like that.

What a piece of sh*t. Core gamers get wet shit all over again. Not worth more can 25cent. Its now clear I will have to sell a kidney to buy either 360 or PS3 for epic core mature gaming. F*ck!!!!

I'm a big fan of the SC series so I am looking forward to what sort of reviews people come out with. I'm hoping that this different take on the series will be good, even if it doesn't look amazing.

You can't judge a game by looking at it, so maybe this will turn out to be a decent game after all.

A "decent" game is the sort of thing I spend

Oh yeah, definitely. I'm not saying that we should be spending forty quid on a game like this. All I'm saying is, with the amount of stick the game's been getting, then if it turns out to not be half bad after all, I'll be happy.

Certainly, how many games these days ARE worth forty quid? SCL won't be one of them, I'm sure. But hopefully it won't turn out to be worth a bargain bin priced game either.

I would've preferred a ps2 port of SCIII than this to be honest.

We only see here fighting in the middle of the game. There's no story, there's no GUI-Look'n'feel, there's no music, cutscenes and so forth. You see this the size of a stamp and in evil resolution. I do not think, that this looks like gold, especially backgrounds, but I want to ee it properly, play it myself, see it in motion at my TV.
Sure there can be high ploy, sure this and that, but what do you guys want? spend 10 EUR or 10 GBP less on it or have a great looking polished game with shiny stuff and hires textures?
Be honest: they started this game when Wii was considered crap. I think there are some elements from Soul Calibur present, while it doesn't feel like a beat'em up. But how can itdo that with a game, who's story mode involves big levels and not small stages?

I agree with the look not being great, I am disappointed to an extend, but be fair about it. It's Shaolin Monks, not SC4.

But I still can not understand why we get no SC4, either.

I find your lack of faith disturbing!
