Nintendo Wii Media | Smash Update: X: Tunnel Scene

Nintendo brings a double-whammy to the Smash Bros. Dojo this week with the first being a sweet new tune to grace your listening buds.

My song choices for this game were made very carefully after surveying song popularity, using opinions submitted to the Smash Bros. web site and listening to the songs themselves.

But there are also some songs I added based entirely on my own whims. This one song is from a Japan-only Game Boy game called X. If a song is good, that's enough for me.

Of course, there is no X stage in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, but this time, the songs in Smash Bros. aren't limited only to those series represented by characters and stages. We've pulled some that are from completely unrelated games.

Can you expect to hear this song or that song? You'll just have to wait and see.

Well other than the name of the game that the song is from the music reminds me of something from megaman. Smilie

A friend of mine saw "X" and he thought it was Megaman X music. He was confuzzled.

So similar to Megaman then? Smilie ZOMG this means X is gonna be in Brawl!!! Smilie Smilie Smilie

The file wont appear for me but having played the all the platformers I would be able to tell if it was taken from one of the games.

Anyways, I don't much care for it, it just doesn't go along with the rest of the Brawl music so far and it just doesn't seem like fighting music to me. Though I guess it could still go with it, if used right.
